5PNA has a number of office positions including

The association also includes a leadership team that is made up of block club leadership. This leadership team includes: block captains, committee heads, collaboration with elected officials, community partners, community organizations, community organizers, and business representatives.

Purpose and Mission
The purpose of the 5PNA is to engage in any lawful activities authorized by Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Corporation is organized for charitable, educational, and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue code.
