Community Resources
5PNA provides and serves as a resource hub for the gathering and dissemination of valuable information. This will include guilds to services, contact information, downloadable forms, and guilds.
Please take the time to fill out the 5PNA community survey that measures the perspective of those who live, work, and go to school in Milwaukee, including satisfaction with City services, neighborhood quality, housing affordability, and feelings about the state of racial equity in the city.
